In keeping his “peaceful” image, Tawhidi has done a real big flip-flop on the issue of Hezbollah.
[From wikipedia] Hezbollah (pronounced /ˌhɛzbəˈlɑː/; Arabic: حزب الله Ḥizbu ‘llāh, literally “Party of Allah” or “Party of God”)—also transliterated Hizbullah, Hizballah, etc.—is a Shi’a Islamist militant group and political party based in Lebanon. Hezbollah’s paramilitary wing is the Jihad Council, and its political wing is Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc party in the Lebanese parliament. After the death of Abbas al-Musawi in 1992, the group has been headed by Hassan Nasrallah, its Secretary-General. (for more info click here)
Before the ‘transition‘, Tawhidi was a supporter of Hezbollah. Unfortunately, many of his posts were deleted, but we managed to salvage some.
Elsewhere, Tawhidi explained how his teacher, mentor, and idol – Sayed Sadiq al-Shirazi – was a supporter of Hezbollah.
The above image was from the popular and original Lebanese Hezbollah. In another incident, Sayed Sadiq al-Shirazi was visited by the Iraqi branch of Hezbollah. This was recorded.
This video was shown on Shirazi’s English Channel, Imam Hussain TV3.
Now, we look at Tawhidi after the ‘transition‘. Tawhidi has gone full guns blazing in claiming that Hezbollah are a terrorist organization.
Of course, how can Tawhidi maintain the image of The Imam of Peace and show no bias towards his own sect, while supporting an organization that Australia deem as a terrorist organization?
Furthermore, we ask Tawhidi. If you are so against Imams that support terrorism, or have links with terrorists – then why haven’t you called out your teacher, mentor, and idol – Sayed Sadiq al-Shirazi? In fact, why don’t you deport yourself for supporting and promoting someone who calls ‘terrorists’ people who are ‘virtuous’ ?? (click here for the admiration Tawhidi has for Shirazi)
